Arrow Clear account deletion

To request deletion of your PocketFrolic Arrow Clear coin account and associated cloud data, email pocketfrolicgames@gmail.com from your registered coin-account email address. Use the subject: Arrow Clear account deletion.

If the email link does not open, copy the address into your email app. We may verify account ownership before processing deletion. Never send passwords, card details, or verification codes.

Delete within the game

Open Shop, then Get Coins, then Save your coins. Sign in and use the account deletion option.

Data removed

Deletion removes your coin account, email and authentication record, cloud coin balance, owned power-ups and styles, reward claims, and associated purchase receipt records. Access to these cloud items is lost.

Local device progress and settings are separate. Remove them by clearing Arrow Clear app storage in Android Settings or uninstalling the app.

Google Play retains its own transaction records under its policies. Deletion does not automatically refund purchases or delete your Google account or Play Games profile.
